The concept
Two drinks. Done properly.
Our coffee is Vietnamese robusta, dripped slowly through a traditional phin. It's bold, it carries more caffeine than you're used to, and it's balanced with sweetened condensed milk the way it's meant to be.
Our matcha is ceremonial grade. Nothing else. Whisked to order, bright and grassy, never bitter or dull.
We build modern versions on top of that foundation — salted foams, layered pours, ube — but the base always comes first. Right now we're a pop-up, which suits us: a small menu, made extremely well, one cup at a time.
